The shop sells products to adult individuals in Finland and in most of the EU-countries. The prices of the products include the Finnish value added tax. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. Web Shop service is provided by ETSY Inc.
Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping basket and paying the contents of the cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. When ordering, the contact information is not used for any purposes other than the delivery of the order or for any ambiguity therein, unless otherwise specified. Shipping methods and expenses
Shipping costs include shipping and packaging. We use postal services in Finland and GLS freight services outside Finland .
We will send the tracking key by email when the package is submitted to the shipping company that you selected.
As a general rule, orders are delivered to the transport by the next business day following the order, if it is a stock product.
Our most common delivery times vary depending on your order and delivery method. We will notify you of any delays immediately after ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect disadvantages caused by delays. The webshop informs you of different delivery times on its website.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the last item has been received or for the products to be downloaded from the time of the order’s receipt.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw the agreement in an unambiguous way (e.g. by letter or e-mail).
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, you will have to send your notification of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal
If you cancel this agreement, we will refund to you all the services we receive from you, including the cost of delivery without delay, and in any case no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notification. We will carry out the refund using the payment method you have used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly consented to the rest, and in any case, without incurring any reimbursement costs.
You must send the goods back without delay and no later than 14 days after the notification of the withdrawal. The time limit has been complied with if you send the goods back before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You are only responsible for the impairment of goods which is the result of a treatment other than that required to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The customer pays the delivery costs of the return.
Failure to redeem is not the same as a refund or cancellation. For a non-redeemable package that has not been subject to a separate cancellation notice, we will charge the shipping costs.
If the product is lost or damaged during transportation, or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error no later than 14 days after writing to the address listed in the cancellation policy and return terms section or by calling Phone number listed in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must make a complaint to the transport company immediately.
The terms of order and delivery are valid indefinitely.
